Our Story

Founded in 1980, by Ron and JoAnn Mattila while raising our sons Brian & Todd. We are a family run company and my sons have been helping my wife and I run the ski school since the 1990’s. We have seen children grow up to be exceptional on the slopes and come back years later for private lessons to help improve specific skills. It has been very rewarding for us to see parents bring their children and then have the opportunity to instruct the third generation of their family as the small children we once instructed have children of their own. We now employee instructors that had received lessons from us when they were young. We enjoy teaching at any and skill level and are happy to help teach your family how to enjoy this wonderful sport.
